De Futebol Arsenal wins! Tottenham beats Chelsea!

Arsenal blew out Stoke City 3-0. The guys are five points behind fifth place Chelsea. Tottenham got the Chelsea bug off their back with a 3-1 rout of the Blues at Stamford Bridge.

My Gunners are sitting sixth with 51 points.

Chelsea in fifth place with 56 points.

Spurs are in fourth place with 64 points.

EPL Match Report on the Arsenal win:” Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang scored twice as a late blitz gave Arsenal a 3-0 victory over Stoke City at Emirates Stadium.

Stoke had impressed until the 75th minute when Mesut Ozil was brought down by Bruno Martins Indi and Aubameyang converted the resultant penalty kick.

Aubameyang then smashed in his second four minutes from time before substitute Alexandre Lacazette marked his return from injury with a successful penalty he had won himself.

The Potters might have got their first PL points at Arsenal had Xherdan Shaqiri’s corner not struck a post and bounced clear.

Back-to-back wins for the first time since November take the Gunners five points clear of seventh-placed Burnley. Stoke remain second from bottom, three points from safety. “

EPL Match Report on the Spurs win:” Dele Alli scored twice on his 100th Premier League appearance as Tottenham Hotspur came from behind to record their first league win at Chelsea in 28 years, triumphing 3-1 at Stamford Bridge.

The Blues took the lead when Alvaro Morata headed in Victor Moses’ cross on the half-hour mark.

But Spurs replied on the stroke of half-time when Christian Eriksen let fly with a dipping long-range strike.

Willy Caballero made a wonderful save from Son Heung-min in the second half, but was beaten twice in four minutes by Alli.

The midfielder controlled Eric Dier’s long ball before putting the visitors ahead on 62 minutes, and Alli was the first to react after Caballero had blocked Son’s shot in their next attack.

The win takes Spurs to within two points of third-placed Liverpool.

Chelsea are eight points behind the north Londoners, with seven matches remaining.”
