De Futebol In a classic Chelsea and Arsenal tie two all!

Arsenal and Chelsea engaged in a knock down drag out war at my Gunners House Emirates. This match was full of twists and turns. In the end, the result was two all draw.

After a scoreless first half the second half was full time fireworks.  Arsenal tickled the twines first in the 63rd minute. Jack Wilshire nothing but the back of the net for one nil lead.  Then some skullduggery by Eden Hazzard to fool the ref to award a PK in the 67th minute. Straight down the pike by hazard to level this puppy at one all.

The Blues turned up the heat and my Gunners. Marcos Alonso broke free in the box in the 81st minute to put Chelsea ahead 2-1.

It sure looked like my Gunners were dead in the water. Then all hell broke loose in the Blues box. Hector Belllerin poked home the rock in the 90th minute plus two to save our collective asses.

Just before the end Chelsea ran a fast break down the pitch and almost scored. Davide Zappacosta let one rip. Clank off the cross bar.

The final a two all draw.

Man Shitty is in the catbird with 62 points.

Man U is second with 47 points.

Chelsea is third with 46 points.

Liverpool is fourth with 44 points.

Spurs are fifth with 40 points and Arsenal is sixth with 39 points.

Tottenham and West Ham battle Thursday at Spurs House.

EPL Match Report:” Hector Bellerin’s stoppage-time strike salvaged a point as Arsenal shared a breathless 2-2 draw with Chelsea.

Jack Wilshere had given Arsenal the lead on 63 minutes but the Blues levelled through Eden Hazard’s penalty and Marcos Alonso looked to have found the winner six minutes from time before Bellerin’s late leveller.

Only the excellence of Chelsea’s Thibaut Courtois and Arsenal’s Petr Cech had prevented a goal glut as numerous chances fell to both sides.

Alvaro Morata sidefooted wide early, while Alexis Sanchez watched his shot hit both posts after a wonderful intervention by Courtois, who also turned Alexandre Lacazette’s effort wide.

Cesc Fabregas blazed over and Mesut Ozil fired wide before Cech’s double-save from Hazard and Alonso on 50 minutes.

Wilshere scored his first goal since May 2015 when he reacted first to Rob Holding’s deflected through-ball but Hazard converted a penalty four minutes later after being felled by Bellerin.

Alonso converted a cross from Davide Zapacosta, who hit the bar at the death, with four minutes left but Bellerin thrashed in from 16 yards to settle a pulsating match.

Chelsea remain third on 46 points. Arsenal are sixth.”
